- Provide administrative support to the management team by handling general administrative functions.
- Gather and organize information and materials, and maintain office and department files.
- File records and documents accurately
- Prepare correspondence, develop reports, and analyze data related to departmental operations.
- Oversee customer service functions of the administration department, provide information about operations and policies to the public, and support staff with software application issues.
- Dependable, reliable is a must
- High School Diploma
- 2 years office and administrative support work preferred
- Knowledge of administrative support work principles, follows policies and procedures.
- Excellent Customer Services skills
