Administrative Clerk
Temporary - approx. 6 month+ assignment
Location: Stockton, CA 
Pay Range: $21.00

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the management team by handling general administrative functions.
  • Gather and organize information and materials, and maintain office and department files.
  • File records and documents accurately 
  • Prepare correspondence, develop reports, and analyze data related to departmental operations.
  • Oversee customer service functions of the administration department, provide information about operations and policies to the public, and support staff with software application issues.
Qualifications:
  • Dependable, reliable is a must
  • High School Diploma 
  • 2 years office and administrative support work preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative support work principles, follows policies and procedures.
  • Excellent Customer Services skills
