Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced Administrative Assistant.  Join a prominent non-profit as an Administrative Assistant. This role supports the COO and involves various administrative tasks.

Salary: $41,600 - $47,840
Benefits: Health, PTO - eligible when hired on
Location: Modesto, CA
Full Time: Mon-Fri, 8:30-4:30
Job Duties for Administrative Assistant:
  • Create reports, memos, and agendas using software.
  • Manage calls, greet visitors, and schedule meetings.
  • Handle mail, financial tasks, and office supplies.
  • Support projects, onboard new hires, and maintain files.
  • Liaise with vendors and handle office maintenance.
  • Foster teamwork, assist with campaigns, and ensure office security.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of admin experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Customer-focused and proactive.
