Job Description
Mon-Fri: 7am-3:30pm
Location: Turlock, CA
Pay Range: $23-$26/hr

This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative and accounting support in an agricultural based business. This role isn't simply a front desk position, it supports daily accounting functions and general office needs. Success in this role requires adaptability, attention to detail, aptitude for numbers and analytical thinking, and a team focused mindset. Accounting experience not required!
Job Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Support

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, contractors, and interviewees

Check in and process approximately 10 visitors daily

Verify identification and distribute required PPE

Manage secure door access using a buzzer system

Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate departments

Schedule and prepare conference rooms as needed
Accounting & Administrative Support

Enter transactional data into the accounting systemÂ
-
Assist with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) tasks and entry
-
Support month end reconciliations between operational and accounting systems

Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative duties
-
Provide backup administrative support across departments during peak periods or absences
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

Professional demeanor with clear communication skills

Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred:
-
Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
-
Familiarity with accounting software
-
Prior receptionist or customer service experience
-
Comfort working with numbers and learning accounting processes

Experience in agriculture or food related industries
Schedule & Work Environment

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
