AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing has partnered with a large prominent construction company in the Central Valley in their search for a temporary Administrative/Data Entry Clerk. Must have strong data entry skills and ability to work independently. Working knowledge of accounts payable is a bonus.

Requirements of the Administrative/Data Entry Clerk:
- HS Diploma required.
- 1+ years of relatable work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in 10-key
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable preferred
Responsibilities of the Administrative/Data Entry Clerk:
- Manage front desk
- Answering door and greeting visitors.
- Answer phone, transfer calls or take messages.
- Distribution of mail daily.
- Stuffing checks, create postage and mail out.
