Accounts Receivable Specialist – Construction Industry
Solid benefits package and employees LOVE working here! We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lien releases and subcontractor billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Prepare and process lien releases in compliance with project requirements.
- Handle subcontractor billing, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and support month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounts receivable experience in the construction industry required.
- Knowledge of lien releases and subcontractor invoicing.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
