Job Duties:
Temp to Hire
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay Range: $20-$23/hr
Are you looking for the next step in your accounting career? If you have at least one year of experience in AP, we want to talk with you! Excellent benefits and schedule!
Job Duties:
- Review invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Update/reconcile payables to general ledger daily
- Sort documents and process invoices for payment
- Ensure check issuance is accomplished in an accurate and timely manner
- Sort and file invoices after check issuance
- Generate manual checks occasionally
- 1 year of AP experience
- Detail oriented and organized, team player
- Intermediate Excel
- HS Diploma, Degree in accounting preferred
