Accounts Payable
Pay Range: - $22-$25/hr
Location: Springdale, AR
Schedule - M-F 8am-5pm
We are working with our client, a rapidly growing organization in Springdale, to identify an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. With significant growth underway, they are looking for someone who can step in, take ownership of the AP process, and keep things moving in a high-volume environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid AP experience who enjoys structure, accuracy, and being a key contributor to a growing accounting team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Entering a high volume of invoices into the system with accuracy and timeliness
- Reconciling vendor statements and proactively resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining organized and accurate AP records and documentation
- Communicating with vendors regarding invoices, discrepancies, and payment status
- Supporting the accounting team with additional clerical tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 to 3 years of accounts payable experience required
- Proven ability to handle high-volume invoice entry and statement reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Experience with an ERP system is preferred (our client uses Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, but this is not required)
