Pay Rate: $50,000 - $65,000
AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing is seeking an Accounting Manager. This is a Rewarding Accounting Manager opportunity with a non-secular company. Will work independently meeting deadlines, completing month end close, general accounting functions, including the general ledger, financial statements and financial report preparation.
Job Duties:
- Monthly journal entries
- Monthly financial statements
- Quarterly consolidated financial statements
- Annual audit / budget
- Pastor payroll & year-end W-2’s
- Quarterly payroll tax returns
- Annual workers’ comp audit
- Annual property tax statement
- Weekly cash report
- Quarterly cash forecasts
- Sign A/P and payroll checks
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Maintain vacation accrual spreadsheets
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Special projects
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
- 4 + Full Charge Bookkeeping
- Excel
- Quarterly Payroll Reports
- Sage Intacct
