Job Description
Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an Accounting Clerk to join their team. Must have a desire to learn and excellent customer service skills.
Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr.

Location: Stockton, CA
Requirements of the Accounting Clerk:
- Minimum HS Diploma, but an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.?
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Desire and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
- Collaborate closely with AP, AR & Procurement to manage invoice processing, PO's and payment procedures.
- Match invoices to corresponding purchase orders and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare copies of invoices and supporting documentation as needed.
- Organize and maintain filing systems to ensure efficient retrieval of financial records.
