A boutique CPA Firm in Modesto has partnered with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing to assist them with their search for an Accounting Clerk. Strong accuracy and speed are a must for this role.
Pay Rate: $22-$24/hr.

Location: Modesto, CA
Requirements of the Accounting Clerk:
- HS Diploma
- QuickBooks experience
- 1+ years data entry experience in an accounting department
- Must take direction well.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Eager to learn.
Responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk:
- Primary focus is data entry of client accounting related items, bank statements, AP, AR, Payroll
- Role requires both accuracy and speed in execution of assigned tasks.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize workload.
- Must be a self-starter and able to stay on task with minimal supervision.
- Must be customer oriented and able to work and communicate well with both internal and external constituencies.
- Demonstrated willingness to perform tasks not directly associated with role, including backing-up coworkers, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned.
- Must be excited to learn and grow with the firm.
