Accounting Clerk Job Duties:
- Independently manage tasks and meet deadlines
- Verify fuel costs and sales prices for accuracy
- Ensure invoice details match records before billing
- Reconcile fuel and freight invoices
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve inquiries
- Assist colleagues and handle clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High School Diploma
- Preferably a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1 year of accounting or fuel industry experience
- Strong computer skills, especially in Excel
- Excellent data entry, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
