Accounting Assistant (Accounts Receivable)
Location: Stockton, CA
Pay: $18–$23/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start) + 1 Saturday/month (half day, OT pay)

What You’ll Do
- Manage accounts receivable with a professional, customer-friendly collections approach
- Review aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts
- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Monitor and respond to collections email inbox
- Prepare ETF calculations and submit for approval
- Draft and send demand letters
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate account records
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of office or administrative experience (AR or collections preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling high-volume, time-sensitive tasks
- Solid math skills (basic calculations and percentages)
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, basic data analysis)
- QuickBooks experience preferred
