We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead financial operations, partner with leadership, and help guide strategic decision-making. This is an opportunity to join a team that truly enjoys working together, supports one another, and believes in a healthy work-life balance.
Salary: $95,000 to $120,000
Location: Livingston, CA

Requirements:
- 5+ years of accounting or financial management experience
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls knowledge
- Leadership mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in agriculture or cooperatives is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly and year-end financial statements and reports
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions
- Serve as liaison for auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies
- Manage accounting systems and improve processes
- Supervise and mentor office staff while supporting day-to-day operations
