Location: Winton, CA
Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000

Job Duties:
- AR: Cash, monthly AR accruals, entering billings into system, bank runs & deposits
- AP: Backup, printing checks and coding
- Payroll: Semi-monthly payroll, all process/reports. Quarterly reporting, reconciliation with benefits, review vacation balances, obtain proper paperwork and filing
- General Ledger: balance sheet analysis, income statements, journal entries
- Federal, State, or County grant billing & account reconciliation
- Keep donor/fundraising spreadsheets up to date and accurate
- 2+ years of Accounting Experience
- Experience working with non-profit accounting
- BS in Accounting preferred
