Account Executive Workplace Supplies (Sales)
Pay Rate: $55,000
Location: Marquette, MI
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage new prospects through diverse outreach strategies, including phone calls, emails, in-person visits, networking events, and social media platforms
- Identify potential clients and initiate contact to schedule appointments
- Conduct introductory sales calls to understand client needs and present solutions
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Accurately record all interactions and updates in the CRM system and activity tracking tools
- Guide prospects through the sales funnel, nurturing them into loyal clients
- Collaborate closely with Route Sales Representatives and team members to ensure each client and prospect receives tailored support and attention
Qualifications:
- 18 to 36 months B2B Sales Experience
- Be coachable, driven, competitive
- Must be organized, process-driven, and disciplined
Compensation: 55K Base + Commission + $6,000/yearly vehicle allowance + fuel card - bridge pay (first 6 months $5,200)
