Our growing local client is joining forces with AVAILABILITY Professional Staffing in search of an experienced AP Clerk.


Pay Range $20.00 - $24.00
Temp
Location: San Joaquin County

Job Duties for the AP Clerk
  • Compile and organize bills for multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and matching to purchase orders.
  • Obtain proper approvals and General Ledger coding for bills.
  • Process employee expense reimbursements and manage credit card transactions.
  • Resolve bill discrepancies with vendors and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Manage files related to vehicles and equipment.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making, adhering to company values and policies.
  • Maintain interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively within and outside the organization.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, handle high transaction volumes, and meet deadlines.
  • Identify and propose improvements to procedures and policies, particularly regarding new software.
  • Adapt quickly to new procedures, policies, and systems.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial data and assist with additional tasks as required.
