Medical Assistant (MA) - Med Spa
Full Time 40 hrs/week
Stockton, CA
Comp: $20-$21 DOE

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare professionals in conducting consultations, assessments, and treatments related to aesthetic procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort, answer questions, and provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Perform patient intake, including medical history and vital signs.
- Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment.
- Assist provider with aesthetic procedures, such as laser treatments, injections, and skincare procedures.
- Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing clear instructions and information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, aestheticians, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Completion of a Medical Assistant program or experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Exceptional team player and patient focused.
- Previous experience in a medical office, preferably in aesthetics or dermatology.
- Familiarity with aesthetic procedures, weight loss programs and industry terminology is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
