Hours: Fulltime M-F, occasional Saturdays half day

Job Summary:
The Patient Consultant plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients at our medical spa, specializing in weight loss, wellness, and beauty treatments. This role involves consulting with clients to understand their goals, explaining available services and treatment plans, and providing a welcoming and supportive experience. The Patient Consultant will recommend appropriate products and services, schedule appointments, and maintain client records to ensure an exceptional client journey from consultation through post-treatment.
Primary Duties
- Escort patients to exam rooms in order of appointment times. Collect or update patient history, vitals, or any other relevant information.
- Set up an exam room according to scheduled procedure or anticipate provider’s needs for non-scheduled procedures.
- Assist providers with pre-selling and education on cosmetic product indications, typical uses, and cost ranges.
- Prepare products to be used by the provider.
- Prepare the provider with all necessary patient information before they enter the exam room.
- Educate patients after the provider establishes the treatment plan, ensuring they understand the plan, the proper use of their medications/products, and their responsibility for compliance.
- Take pre- and post-treatment photos.
- Straighten and sterilize exam rooms after patient visits.
- Walk patients to check-out when needed to ensure compliance and booking of subsequent treatments.
- Stock all exam rooms.
- Perform all duties related to medical instrument cleaning and sterilization.
- Notify clinical staff of supplies needed to avoid shortages.
- Perform other duties and tasks as needed.
