Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 100% Commission
Outside Sales Representative opportunity with a leading HVAC solutions provider, offering top-tier heating, cooling, and ventilation products/services. If you are a self-motivated, results-driven sales professional with a passion for building relationships and closing deals, then we want to talk to you! The Outside Sales Rep. position offers uncapped earnings, a company vehicle and gas card. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Engage with residential customers to understand their HVAC needs and offer suitable solutions. 
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess space, energy efficiency, and comfort requirements. 
  • Present and explain HVAC products, services, and financing options in a clear and professional manner. 
  • Generate leads through company-provided inquiries, referrals, and self-generated opportunities. 
  • Provide accurate pricing estimates and written proposals for new installations and replacements. 
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. 
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure seamless project execution. 
  • Stay informed on HVAC products, promotions, and industry trends (training provided). 

Requirements: 
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or in-home consultations is required. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. 
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. 
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules. 
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred). 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
