Get to know Heidi
Heidi was raised in The Woodlands, Texas, and earned her degree in Mass Communication from Sam Houston State University. After adventures in the Rocky Mountains and the Ozarks—where she started with the APS team—she’s now back in her hometown.
An experienced recruiter, Heidi blends Southern hospitality with professional expertise, prioritizing authentic relationships, understanding individual career aspirations, and connecting candidates with companies for the ideal fit.
Outside of work, Heidi enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Blake, their son, Hawk, and their two dogs, Phil Collins and Charlotte York.
