You'll play a crucial role in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the accuracy of our financial operations.
Job Duties:

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Analyze invoice/expense reports and record entries for accounts and cost centers.
- Process vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain historical records.
- Allocate credit card expenses and reconcile statements.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Record customer payments accurately and resolve collections issues.
- Assist in maintaining vendor records and organizing financial documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure reporting and auditing requirements are met.

Administrative and Operational Support:
- Reconcile community and business service trainings.
- Answer inquiries and provide support via telephone and email.
- Serve as backup support for other staff members and assist with on-site tasks.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general administrative roles, preferably in a non-profit setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software.
- Valid California driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards and confidentiality.
