We are seeking a meticulous Pricing Specialist / Pricing Analyst with strong Excel skills and a solid aptitude for mathematics to support a busy manufacturing/distribution operation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP pricing and billing (Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 preferred), a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage large sets of pricing data while partnering closely with Sales, Accounting, and Customer Service.</strong><br> 

<strong>Key Job Duties</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Obtain and update weekly pricing using an industry pricing index and internal pricing guidelines.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain and distribute daily/weekly market and pricing updates to internal staff and customers.</li>
&#9;<li>Enter and update item pricing, promotional pricing, and ad allowances in <strong>Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 (D365)</strong>.</li>
&#9;<li>Maintain and periodically audit Excel-based customer price sheets and internal pricing worksheets.</li>
&#9;<li>Send weekly pricing notifications to assigned customers/partners.</li>
&#9;<li>Review priced purchase orders, investigate price variances, and verify proper approvals for changes.</li>
&#9;<li>Create and maintain customer accounts in the ERP system.</li>
&#9;<li>Process material, miscellaneous, brokerage, and other related billings in Dynamics AX/365.</li>
&#9;<li>Review and approve customer allowances, rebates, and bill-backs.</li>
&#9;<li>Research pricing discrepancies and respond to questions from Sales, Accounting, and Customer Service.</li>
</ul>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Associate degree (AA) <strong>or</strong> 3+ years of related pricing, billing, or accounting experience.</li>
&#9;<li>Background in <strong>manufacturing, distribution, or consumer products (CPG)</strong> preferred.</li>
&#9;<li>Hands-on experience in a pricing or billing role using an <strong>ERP system</strong> (Microsoft Dynamics AX or Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).</li>

In addition to managing daily AR operations, this role partners with leadership to refine processes, strengthen systems, and support efficient, compliant workflows across the organization.</strong>

<strong>Job Duties</strong>

&#9;<li>Manage all core Accounts Receivable functions, including billing, payment application, deposits, reconciliations, collections, and reporting</li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong>
